Adult Education

We believe that lifelong learning is at least as important in our spiritual lives as in any other part of our life.

Sunday Morning Classes:

Ever wonder what it means to count the cost of being a disciple and is it worth it?  Nancy Anderson began a six-week Precepts study on Being a Disciple by Kay Arthur on January 15th.  This eye-opening study will help you to better understand the distinctive marks of a true disciple and you’ll be challenged to follow Jesus into radical living.  This series of lessons is structured so that no homework is required.  Meet in the Prayer Library  on Sunday mornings at 10:15AM.

Are you concerned about the economic and political upheaval in our country?  Disturbed by the direction of the culture? Worried about your future? On February 5th a new Precept study, Listening to God in Difficult Times, will begin at 10:15AM in Room 14.  This study of the book of Jeremiah will challenge you to know your God in a deeper way and also to learn to listen to Him, not the voices around you, in the hard times of life.  If you have questions, please contact Lew Conerly emalyconerly@hotmail.com.
