Michele Bahr, Administrative Assistant

Growing up in Rockford, Illinois, I was baptized, confirmed and married in the Lutheran Church. After I graduated from the University of Illinois I taught school in Rockford until moving to Redmond, Washington. I have been the administrative assistant at RPC since 1998 after doing corporate travel for 10 years and working 3 years at a bank.

Coordinating administrative needs in the church office allows me to know the membership of the church in a deep and personal way. It is the relational element of this position that is most meaningful to me.

I am a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Redmond where I serve in a number of ways including playing handbells. My husband Steve and I have one son, Jeff, who is a Computer Engineer at Isilon Systems in Seattle, WA.
